Location: Shanghai Line of Services: Firmwide Corporate Services - IT Sub-team: Business Solution - Platform  Internship Intake: Long-Term Internship Duration: Full Time/ Part-time (at least 2-3 days (or 16 - 32 hours) per week)  Job description and responsibilities As an IT intern working in the Business Solution Platform team, you will be supporting the team members for multiple internal AI initiatives, include but not limited to assist research, design, development and testing. The major responsibilities include: Assist the team in researching, analyzing and summarizing AI technologies and analyze their feasibility for implementation Assist the team in researching, comparing, and evaluating open-source or commercial AI tools to assess their applicability and feasibility for use Assist the team in designing and implementing PoC to validate new technologies in actual business scenarios Assist in the development and optimization of AI agents for internal scenarios to enhance automation and intelligence

Preferred fields include Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related disciplines; enthusiastic students from other disciplines with a strong interest in AI are also encouraged to apply. Programming skills (e.g. Python) and familiarity with data processing and analysis methods is preferred Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills; capable of independently completing research tasks and providing insightful recommendations Team-oriented, proactive, and open to challenges; able to collaborate effectively in cross-departmental environments. Passionate about AI technologies with a strong ability to learn new technologies quickly and maintain curiosity about cutting-edge advancements. Fluent in both Chinese and English; capable of reading, writing, and translating technical documents and reports accurately.
