Location: Hong Kong Line of Services: Assurance Specialism: Core Assurance  Internship Period: January to May 2027 and January to May 2028 About this programme  PwC Assurance Apprenticeship Programme is a unique fast-track program that offers mentoring, training and networking opportunities with both formal and on-the-job training similar to our graduates; gaining exposure to a wide range of projects and working with our very high-performing managers who are truly passionate about their work and talent development.  The programme is open for application by Year 2 undergraduate students; it requires participant to complete two full terms of employment (Jan - May 2027 & Jan - May 2028). Upon successfully completing the programme with satisfactory performance, the Apprentices’ career will be fast-tracked by returning as Year 2 Associates upon graduation. Job Description & Responsibilities   Our Assurance Apprenticeship Programme provides Year-2 undergraduates with an opportunity to experience work and life at PwC.     In the program, you will be trained up as the same way as our graduates. You will be exposed to a wide work scope and pool of clients.     You are expected to make valuable contribution through:    Working on different live projects - to gain client and project exposure   Receiving technical training – to grow you as an accounting professional   Coaching and mentoring – to get timely feedback from your “career coach” & “buddy”  Networking with professionals – to have information, knowledge and experience exchange  Return offer to high performer – to fast track your future career development

We are looking for Year-2 undergraduates (expecting to graduate in 2029) from accounting major or equivalent to join us.     You should demonstrate:  Strong passion in developing your future career in auditing   Take ownership of personal development  Consistently deliver high quality of work even when under pressure  Share and collaborate effectively with others, creating a positive team sprit  Think broadly and ask questions about data, facts and other information to solve the problems  Has the courage and ability to embrace change and add value to client service   Seek opportunity to learn new things and knowledge  Respect diversities and differences  Strong command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese    We offer comprehensive business and technical training for your career development at PwC.
