【项目介绍】以重点AE国家用户运营与语言类实习岗位为切入点，充分发挥在华外籍留学生（AE Global Stars）对本地市场的理解与洞察，推动AE业务本地化创新，并将其打造为AE培养全球化人才、支撑重点市场快速扩张的核心枢纽。Using user operations and language-focused internships in AE’s priority countries as a starting point, fully leverage AE Global Stars’ deep understanding of local markets to drive localized business innovation and establish them as a central hub for cultivating global talent to support AE’s rapid expansion in key markets.1、Experience the AliExpress products feature, define experience-related issues, and generate a problem analysis report; 2、Optimize the design of search &recommendation products, work with the technical team to solve experience problems, and improve the efficiency of users shopping through the search & recommendation function; 3、Other tasks assigned by supervisors.

1、Innately curious to continually ponder the essence of things, exercise sound judgement, and consistently obsess over details; 2、Data-driven, able to explore and recognize the tremendous value obtained through analytics; 3、Uphold doing what's right and maintaining customer value creation as the number one priority; 4、Majoring in Computer Science, Information Technology & Communications, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Psychology, Sociology, Applied Mathematics or related data and analytics fields preferred.
