We now sincerely invite outstanding students to join our summer internship program and grow together with the team to explore the infinite possibilities of drug R&D.   Patient-centered drug development is transforming R&D journey from disease driven to participant driven. How is this being operationlized, which inspiring cases have changed patients’ life, at which level can it optimize clinical development to rapidly bring molecules from lab to bed. This project is aiming to leverage the cutting-edge AI technology to equip RDTA with a powerful system to generate -evidence and insights  from diverse external sources. Internship Position RDTA Summer Intern   Internship Duration June - August 2026 (specific time can be adjusted according to students' school schedule)   Intern Responsibilities x. Complete other temporary RDTA support tasks assigned by the supervisor.   What we expect from you 1. Undergraduate, master or doctoral students majoring in Medicinal Chemistry, Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Engineering, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Pharmacology and other related majors, with a solid professional foundation. 2. Strong analytical thinking, with the ability to synthesize complex scientific and clinical information into clear, evidence‑based insights. 3. Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, able to independently read and summarize English academic literature and technical materials. 4. Have a rigorous logical thinking ability, careful and responsible work attitude, strong hands-on ability and learning ability. 5. Have good teamwork spirit and communication skills, able to actively cooperate with the team to complete relevant work. 6. Be passionate about drug R&D, have a strong sense of responsibility and initiative, and can ensure stable attendance during the internship.   Join us will benefit you 1.
