A. as an Intern focusing on System Delivery & Modernization Work you will do: • Be responsible for tasks in consulting engagements, including preparing for engagement deliverables, proposals, or other materials as required • Assist to help our clients achieve business objectives through the use of our value-added consulting service. • Assist to produce a high quality work product to ensure a superior client experience with others to team • As Functional Consulting intern, assists to support the elicitation and capture of business and system requirements in large-scale modernization and integration programs • As Technical Consulting intern, assists to support the development of technology components and solutions in large-scale modernization and integration programs • Work under the guidance of a team lead / project manager, directly with client stakeholders, and with our offshore delivery teams throughout engagements • Develop understanding of requirements and design artifacts to assist in solution analysis and design and carry forward into implementation • Apply knowledge of modern project management and agile methodologies to support project delivery • Help ensure the quality and acceptance of outputs through client validation and rigorous and proactive testing

: • Prefers major in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering and other related majors • Basic knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle and agile and traditional project management approaches • For Technical Consulting intern, basic knowledge of major programming languages (Java/JavaScript/C#/Python), popular frameworks (Angular/Node.js/React), and architecture patterns (microservices, event-driven architecture, etc.) • Always takes the initiative, self-motivated and willing to work under pressure and travel; strong logical, analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills • Good written and oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin/Cantonese • A fast learner and strong team player; creative, flexible and self-confident • Proficiency in MS Office B. as an Intern focusing on AI & Data Work you will do: • Produces a high quality work product to ensure a superior client experience with others to team • Business transformation disruption and value driven services • As Functional Consulting intern, assists to support the elicitation and capture of business and system requirements in advanced analytics, AI and Data initiatives • As Technical Consulting intern, assists to support the development of technology components and solutions in advanced analytics, AI and Data initiatives • Work under the guidance of a team lead / project manager, directly with client stakeholders, and with our offshore delivery teams throughout engagements • Develop understanding of requirements and design artifacts to assist in solution analysis and design and carry forward into implementation • Apply knowledge of modern project management and agile methodologies to support project delivery • Help ensure the quality and acceptance of outputs through client validation and rigorous and proactive testing Requirements: • Prefers major in Analytics, AI & Data Engineering, Data Science and other related majors • Knowledge or experience with Python, R, SQL, or other languages / frameworks • Knowledge in BI, Analytics, data engineering or governance tools • Strong logical, analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills; always takes the initiative, self-motivated, able to work under pressure and willing to travel • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to collaborate in a team environment (extracurricular activities, internship experience, etc.) will be a bonus • A fast learner and a strong team player; creative, flexible and self-confident • Fluent in spoken and written Mandarin and English; proficiency in any other international language is a bonus • Cantonese speaking is preferable for Hong Kong applicants C. as an Intern focusing on Cloud & Engineering Work you will do: • Produces a high quality work product to ensure a superior client experience with others to team • Business transformation disruption and value driven services • Cloud strategy and business case • As Functional Consulting intern, assists to support the elicitation and capture of business and system requirements in cloud-first infrastructure transformations • As Technical Consulting intern, assists to support the development of technology components and solutions in cloud-first infrastructure transformations • Work under the guidance of a team lead / project manager, directly with client stakeholders, and with our offshore delivery teams throughout engagements • Develop understanding of requirements and design artifacts to assist in solution analysis and design and carry forward into implementation • Apply knowledge of modern project management and agile methodologies to support project delivery • Help ensure the quality and acceptance of outputs through client validation and rigorous and proactive testing • Assist in custom native application architecture, development and implementation • Assist in SaaS implementation • Assist in Cloud migration and managed service • Assist to collect, assimilate and analyze relevant data and uses cloud and data services to help surface and support solutions • Applies basic cloud concepts to client and Deloitte business models • Applies background in cloud and relevant Deloitte methodology to support cloud solutions 任职要求 • Bachelor degree or above from top universities and institutions • Prefers major in Data science, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Marketing, other Engineering related majors • Candidates with professional cloud certification such as AWS, Azure, GCP, or Alibaba Cloud will have a distinct advantage • Have strong interest and point of view in the transition and transformation in the digital and intelligent age • Address client business challenges in the intersection of process and technology • Be passionate about excelling a career in Consulting;
