1、在导师指导下进行开展实验，撰写英文实验报告，确保数据记录符合规范。 2、作为团队"英语催化剂"，促进中外研发人员高效沟通，提升团队国际协作能力。 3、协助审核并优化英文版标准作业程序，推动实验室文档国际化。 4、协助筹备技术对接及海外专家来访接待，积累跨文化商务经验。 5、完成领导交办的其他工作。 1. Conduct experiments under the guidance of a mentor, prepare experimental reports in English, and ensure all research data is accurately recorded in accordance with laboratory standards. 2. Facilitate effective communication between Chinese and international R&D team members to ensure seamless collaboration in a multicultural research environment. 3. Assist in reviewing and improving English-language Standard Operating Procedures and other laboratory documentation to enhance accessibility and consistency for international use. 4. Support the organization of technical exchanges and visits by overseas experts, gaining experience in cross-cultural business communication and professional collaboration. 5. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

1、英语母语或接近母语水平，具备专业英语写作能力；普通话HSK 3级及以上，能进行日常工作中文沟通。 2、化学、化工、材料、生物等相关专业在读或应届，有实验室实操经验。 3、具备跨文化沟通意识，能快速融入中国职场环境。 4、严谨细致，遵守实验室安全规范，尊重多元文化团队。 1. Native or near-native English proficiency with strong technical writing skills. HSK Level 3 or above in Mandarin Chinese, sufficient for daily workplace communication. 2. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, biology, materials science, or a related field, with practical lab experience. 3. Strong cross-cultural communication skills and the ability to adapt quickly to a Chinese workplace environment. 4. Detail-oriented, responsible, committed to laboratory safety protocols, and respectful of diverse, multicultural teams.
