组织与人才发展实习生 该职位的主要职责是协助实施与支持针对学习、人才以及文化发展相关的解决方案，重点关注项目活动管理。在实习期间，实习生将有机会参与整个人才发展解决方案的生命周期，包括需求分析、设计、开发、实施以及项目后的管理工作。该职位隶属于组织与人才发展部门（OTD），该部门是人才事务团队的组成部分。    职责与责任：  与团队其他成员共同合作确保全链路闭环交付（例如方案设计、执行计划、沟通宣传、物料筹备、现场支持等） 为实施与交付人才发展解决方案贡献创新的方法  支持团队进行数据收集、分析并生成决策报告

：  在校本科或硕士学生，主修组织心理学、成人教育、人力资源、行为变化或相关领域  优秀的项目实施能力  出色的沟通能力，包括良好的中英文书面和口头表达能力 熟练掌握Office办公软件（如Outlook、Word、Excel、PowerPoint等。） 实习期为26年9月~27年5月，每周需出勤3~5天，表现优异可有转正机会 Intern, Organisation & Talent Development The main role of this position is to assist in the execution and support of learning, talent and culture development solutions with a focus on programme event management. During the internship, the intern could be involved in the people development solution lifecycle from needs analysis, designing, development, delivery to post programme management. The role sits within Organisation and Talent Development (“OTD”) Department, which forms part of the People Team. Roles and responsibilities: •      Work together with other team members to ensure quality end-to-end delivery in close collaboration with the team (e.g. solution design, execution planning, communication with stakeholders, material preparation, on-site support, etc.) •      Contribute and adopt innovative approach in executing and delivering of people development solutions •      Support the team in data collection, analysis, and production of reports for decision making   Competencies and requirements: •      University student working towards a bachelor or master’s degree in Organisational Psychology, Adult Education, Human Resources, Behavioural Change or related field •      Strong project execution skills •      Strong communication skills, including written and verbal English and Mandarin •      Proficient in Office software (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) •      Internship period: September 2026 to May 2027; must be available 3–5 days per week; outstanding performer may be considered for full-time employment opportunity
