Base: Beijing V-SpaceDuration：6 months (must)Onboard date: 9th Jun (must)Main Responsibilities:·Supporting data collation and related preparation work for monthly financial reports, annual budgets, financial analysis reports, etc.·Tracking of internal and external contracts, as well as reconciling and analyzing monthly revenue and costs from each business unit.·Supporting budget reviews for different Business Units, assist in checking information on payment applications submitted by BU.·Responsible for connecting with colleagues in the accounting team supporting the signing and stamping of documents.·Responsible for assisting with daily work (document translation, data collection, excel calculation, PPT design) and other ad hoc tasks.Requirements:·Bachelor/Master's degree in Finance, Economics or the related.·Advanced knowledge in MS office, especially in EXCEL and PPT.·Independent and target-oriented working team spirit, high commitment.·Good communication skills, willingness to learn and contribute.·Good command of English.
