1. 负责项目的实验操作、结果与数据分析、完成实验报告； 2. 定期汇报实验和工作进程，对于工作中出现的问题能够做出分析与判断，并且及时向上级报告； 3. 处理、协调、解决研发过程中出现的相关问题； 4. 完成上级交办的其他任 1. In charge of project experimental operations, result and data analysis, and completion of experimental reports; 2. Regularly report on experimental and work progress, able to conduct analysis and judgment on issues arising in the work, and promptly report to superiors; 3. Handle, coordinate, and resolve related issues that arise during the R&D process; 4. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

1.具有分子生物学、细胞生物学、免疫学等相关专业背景的专科及以上学历毕业，有分子实验或者动物实验操作优先 2.具有一定分子生物学研究实验基础，熟悉分子生物学相关实验技术，有较强的实验操作能力 3.具有良好的语言表达与沟通能力，能吃苦耐劳、有较强的团队合作精神 4.稳重、责任心强，具有开拓进取、刻苦钻研精神，对本职工作任劳任怨，能适应灵活的工作方式和时间 1. Graduated from junior college or above with a degree in molecular biology, cell biology, immunology or related fields; candidates with experience in molecular experiments or animal experiment operations are preferred; 2. Have a certain foundation in molecular biology research experiments, familiar with relevant experimental techniques in molecular biology, and possess strong experimental operation skills; 3. Have good verbal communication and interpersonal skills, able to endure hardship, and demonstrate strong team collaboration spirit; 4. Steady and highly responsible, with an enterprising attitude and dedication to hard work, willing to take on tasks diligently in this role, and adaptable to flexible working styles and schedules.
